1. Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Viresta website and any courses, clinics or mentoring services offered by Viresta ("we", "us", "our"), a business operating from 31 Ring Road, Ibadan, Oyo 200223, Nigeria. By using this site or enrolling in our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the service and acceptable use

Our services are provided for the purpose of editorial training and professional development. You agree to use the site and any materials provided only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt, copy for resale, or misuse any content or component of our services.

Our training is intended to support the development of editorial skill and judgement, but we do not guarantee any particular professional or publishing outcome. To the fullest extent permitted under Nigerian law, Viresta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oyo State, Nigeria.
